Attorney Profile

Bryan W. Thomason, Esq.

After graduating from law school at St. Mary's University in San Antonio Texas, Bryan moved back to New Mexico where he had gone to high school, and opened a law practice 1994.

He discovered an unfilled niche in the area of collection agency representation and began the process of specializing in that area by joining the American Collector's Association, Member Attorney's Program, by subscribing to all the related industry journals and by attending any continuing education he could find in the subject. Bryan has filed and defended thousands of lawsuits on behalf of collection agency, debt buyer and business clients throughout the state of New Mexico, and has been specializing in this area of law since 1995. He regularly attends the annual American Collector's Association Member Attorney Program's annual conference.

Bryan also caters to business clients by assisting them in forming business entities and in representing them in legal disputes with individuals and other companies. Bryan has represented a number of businesses in his many years in practice, and enjoys providing specialized service to commercial clients to match their specific needs.
