We file lawsuits and collect past due accounts on behalf of a number of collection agencies. We file in courts throughout the State of New Mexico and specialize in obtaining and collecting judgments based on debts owed to hospitals, doctors, medical clinics, telephone companies, credit card companies, banks, finance companies, debt buyers, student loan accounts, dentists, attorneys, fitness centers, country clubs, private schools and others. We diligently follow all federal and state collection laws, and provide legal advise to our third party collection clients in the areas of federal and state statute and regulation compliance. Bryan Thomason is the New Mexico State chairman for the American Collector's Association. Bryan Thomason is also licensed by the State of New Mexico as a local collection agency manager.

We represent collection agencies and debt buyers in the defense of claims filed against them for violations of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act, Unfair Trade Practices Act, New Mexico Collection Agency Regulatory Act and other claims related to third party collection issues. We also provide advice to our clients in the areas of compliance and risk management in an effort to prevent them from having to defend such lawsuits.

We represent businesses of all types both in prosecuting and in defending claims arising from commercial disputes such as Breach of Contract, Fraud, Unfair Trade Practices, Tortious Interference, Negligence and Premises Liabilty.
